Rooted in Litchfield County, Connecticut, Kinney Woodworking has long-established relationships with the most esteemed architects and designers throughout Connecticut.

Jack R. Kinney

A STAPLE of the Litchfield County community for over 25 years

Jack R. Kinney is a graduate from Xavier University, OH with a B.S. in Business Management. Jack spent vacations and breaks from high school and college working with local carpenters in the Kent area developing his craft and love for carpentry. Jack’s vision was to own and operate his own construction company working with homeowners, architects and designers to create their dream space/project. That vision came true in 1993 and Jack continues to work each day assuring the company he started still operates each day with the same principles – integrity, kindness and passion.

Jack is a respected member of the Kent community and is a veteran member of the Kent Fire Volunteer Department after being active for over 15 years in positions from Lieutenant to Assistant Chief.
